Dear Inner Circle,
Chapter 17 of the Bhagavad Gita opens with a question every entrepreneur eventually faces: what happens when a person acts with complete faith, but without formal scriptural knowledge? Is their action valid?
Krishna's answer is profound: faith itself is threefold — Sattvic (clear and purposeful), Rajasic (passionate and ego-driven), or Tamasic (blind and habitual). The quality of your faith determines the quality of your action, not the other way around.

— Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 17, Verse 3The government quietly launched a ₹10,000 crore SME Growth Fund through SIDBI this quarter. Unlike the headline CGTMSE schemes, this fund operates through equity and quasi-equity — meaning it does not create debt on your balance sheet.
Who qualifies: manufacturing MSMEs with annual turnover between ₹5 crore and ₹50 crore, operational for at least 3 years, with a promoter willing to give up a minor equity stake (typically 10–20%). The fund takes a patient capital approach — no fixed repayment schedule.
